Description

Reventec has developed the latest advanced Tunnel Magnetoresistance) technology to create a lightweight 100mm non-contact TMR linear position sensor that can measure through non-ferrous materials. Measurement through 20mm air gaps from sensor to target is achievable, as well as through plastics, aluminium or road debris. This is particularly useful where space and accessibility are at a premium, so they are ideal for use in automated industrial robots or road / race vehicles.

Because Quantum is solid state and has no moving parts, it is ideal for use in harsh environments where vibration, heat and liquids are present. Indeed, Quantum  is fully-submersible.

Programmable sensors

Our sensors are factory-calibrated to your specifications. In addition, they can be configured in the field using a simple GUI, which we can supply.

Reventec built its reputation in top-flight motorsports and because of this, we provide a fast response to custom design requests. We specialise in small batch production from 1-10 pieces and can provide volume production of 5,000 pieces or more.
