Capacitive Oil Level Sensors
Reventec oil level sensors use capacitive technology to measure oil level accurately. Proven in motorsport, defence and industrial applications, the sensors are solid-state with no moving parts; designed and developed to measure oil level reliably in extreme operating conditions.
Each oil level sensor is manufactured to the required mechanical specification. The oil sensors are available in a number of mounting formats and are built to the required length. Reventec oil level sensors can be specified with an integrated oil temperature sensor mounted within the sensor probe, allowing for output compensation and a separate oil temperature output if desired.
Each level sensor is calibrated in the applicable oil type and can be re-calibrated by the customer in alternate oil types if required. The oil level sensors are available with a configurable 0-5V analogue output, an analogue 0-5V output and low-level alarm, or CAN output.
