LSMR500

Engineered specifically to address the challenges of military vehicle mid-life upgrades and obsolescence protection, the LSMR500 is an advanced resistive liquid level sensor designed to accurately measure in extreme environments. The LSMR500 is a direct, drop-in replacement for end-of-life (EOL) sensors, providing a seamless retrofit solution without requiring extensive platform modifications.

The LSMR500 is a robust and highly accurate sensor designed to measure fuel, coolant, and water levels with reliability across a wide operating temperature of -55°C to +150°C. All liquid level sensors in our LSM range have 2 bar differential tank pressure ratings, with up to 10 bar pressure ratings available upon request, and are certified to MIL STD 461G, RCTA DO160F and DEF STAN 59-411.The instrument is finished with a choice or connectors, including MIL-DTL-38999 connectors, and with flying lead options available. Sensor probe length and mounting flanges to be custom configured to suit your application.

The LSMR500 is compatible with a large portfolio of defence land vehicles and is well-suited for military combat and engineering vehicles. Featuring an integrated perforated tube, the LSMR500 includes mechanical damping to maintain accuracy during operations. Reventec liquid level sensors continuously monitor critical liquid levels to improve performance and monitor health of critical vehicle components to allow for timely predictive maintenance and to avoid unnecessary breakdowns in challenging terrains and combat zones. EMC approvals for the LSMR500 includes: MIL STD 461G Army Ground Limits: CS114, CS115, CS116, RE102, RS103, RS101, CE102, CS101, RTCA DO160F: Section 25 ESD Cat. A, DEF STAN 59-411 and DEF STAN 59-41.
