Mil-Spec 360° Dual Channel Rotary Position Sensor with Blade Shaft (IU-050-01)
Manufactured in the UK, the Mil-Spec 360° Dual Channel Rotary Position Sensor with Blade Shaft is built to last with a wide operational temperature capability of -40°C to +150°C. Designed to deliver powerful precision position measurement within military ground vehicles, the position instrument provides real-time component performance monitoring for reduced vehicle downtime in combat zones. With continuous measurement as standard, our sensors capture the position of the magnet target relative to the sensor in excess of 5,000 times per second.
With an ingress protection rating of IP67, this robust sensor with integral blade shaft delivers the same real-time reliability available from TMR technology whilst offering simple installation compared to its separate magnet counterpart. Boasting advanced accuracies of ±0.5% of reading, this dual channel device features integrated CPU processing for a ratiometric analog VDC outputs.

Legacy technologies can’t achieve this level of accuracy or reliability and all of our sensors are factory-calibrated to a user’s specifications. We can supply a free GUI, should customers wish to programme their sensors in the field.
